What would be a good price to offer for these and would it be a good swap??? its from a 96 SS with 59k km.

You will be dissapointed with those. They aren't that much stiffer and those shocks could be worn out. I recommend my setup of HAL shocks, HAL front springs and 1LE rear springs.
Not to mention the front of your car will go up due to the V6 weighing less than the V8.

If you need a cheap set-up for now, go to SLP's website ( www.slponline.com ), they have the V8 takeoff shocks for like $50 for a set of brand new ones.
