See i had picked out the firestones because they had really good snow traction and then maybe next srping i can pick up some new summer tires and use these as my winter tires.

How do the Khumo's with 0 snow traction compare to the stock Goodyear Eagles GAs? Cause the Goodyears are crap in every aspect I've ever experienced, I doubt the snow traction could be that much worse, but I dunno. Back on topic, I was looking at the Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 too, but in a 245/50/16 or a 255/50/16 size. I'm still trying to decide, but will probobly order within 2 weeks. If you get them, let me know how you like them.

You're probobly right, I've looked at sooooo many different tires/tread patterns/sizes/and brands in the past week that it's not even funny. I'll have to look again. How bad are the Khumo 711s and 712s in snow compared to the Goodyear Eagle GA (stock crap)?
i dunno about how the stock tires handle in snow but i have the 712's on now and last winter they did nothing so the indy 500 seems to have one of the best snow tractions around so i guess i will find out this winter

Well, right now, I'm looking at spending no more than 250 bucks. That means that, I can either buy two new All Season back tires, or buy 4 Khumos and have them mounted on a seperate set of rims. Dad says he saw a Talon with some of those ricer rims where they fit almost any car. They're free, and theyre chrome. I just hope they're 16's. If they fit, and the offset isn't too crazy, I'll buy Khumos for them, and ride on these (nearly worn out) All Seasons come this winter. And when I get myself a job, I'll worry about getting a better setup. What do yall think? Am I crazy.
I just got a set of sumitomos 245 50 16, and I have to say, very nice tire for the price. 360 buck balance and mounted. I bought them mainly for the overall customer rating off of tire rack, and the price. Its a all season high performance W rated tire, that offers some type of traction in snow. Cant beat that, not for that price. They actually stick better at the track then my potenza 910's. The only think I have noticed is a really high pitch whine when cruising down the highway. You cant hear it with the windows up, and you can only hear it on certain types of asphalt. Anyways, so far I have put almost 2000 miles on them, heavy rain - had no hydroplaning, stuck well. Look good so far on the wear too, I would give them at least 7 out of 10 rating thus far, I will post more once it snows.
Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
