Swaybars are essentially torsion springs, as your car leans side to side it attempts to TWIST the "antiroll or sway" bar. Larger bars resist the twisting more and keep the car flatter under more strenuous cornering.

If you want 1LE swaybars, goto www.lmperformance.com and order his 1LE 32mm front and 1LE 21mm rear. Then find some nice endlinks and upgrade those.

If you don't know how to install them, I recommend a Haynes manual from AutoZone - $14.99.

They also are the best way to tune the balance (understeer/oversteer) of the car.

you wouldnt believe how much better thicker sawy bars are. They help out so much. My friend has a miata, and he put a supercharger in there. I helped him out throught the whole process. Anyways, the light little supercharged go-kart was all over the place getting on and off highway ramps. He put on thicker sways (i dont know the size) and now he's ready for some autocross they really are a good mod especially if you have turn and what not that you like to take fast.
