I am looking at getting a set of 18in wheels and I have a few questions. Anyone know anything about ADR wheels???? What is the best size of tire to get??? A friend of mine suggested 245/40-18 but I'm not sure. Thanks for the help.

As long as you get the correct offset for the WIDTH of the wheel, the HEIGHT is fine. As for tires, the WS6/SS/Firehawk come with 275/40's, but hey are on 17" wheels. If you want to go 18" the correct tire size is 275/35/18, this way the wheel/tire combo won't throw off your speedo.
I'm going with 18's and 245/40 rubber in the front and 275/35 rubber in the back. I'm going with narrower rubber on the front, because the turn-in is better.
Any other questions, just ask.

BTW, this is a good site for the questions you are asking:

never heard of ADR. I wouldn't go any bigger than the wheels than 275/35 on back and front. 275 on the front will rub slightly on hard turns. Thye will also rub going slowly or at a stop. But it isent bad at all.Factory:Camaro 5 speed, Color Pewter, w/ t-tops and Y87 package. <br />Engine: K&N filter w/ Whisper Lid, FRA, Borla adjustable cat-back exhaust. Those are very nice wheels, and a nice price too!
If I may make a suggestion, if you want them, just buy them, don't bid. I recently stole some 16x8 torque thrust IIs that way for 680 dollars shipped. My rims are 18x9 and I use 275/35-18 tires. They have the same outer diameter as the stock wheels. 17x7 is narrower than your stock wheel. If you go with a 17" wheel you should at least get something 9" or wider.2002 5-spd NBM Camaro
