I have the KYB in the front with a set of 93-97 Prokit springs. I have a 99 Bird.
It is confortable with it set to 3 for everyday driving. But I prefer 5 when I feel like pushing it hard.
I have air shocks in the rear. So I don't have any settings other than I keep it at about 40psi, which gives a firm but not harsh ride.

Thanks bro, but I know the sportline are way different then the prokit. Cause I had both, and the pro-kit did not lower my car much at all. Couldn't even tell the difference. So I went with sportlines www.dontforgettotakeyourvitamins .com

Sportlines are not made for handling, only show. They do not have the springrate necessary for their ride height and are very poor springs for road or track use... basically they just look cool.
Don't get them, shocks of any kind cannot help them.2002 5-spd NBM Camaro

H&R's lowered my car a nice noticeable amount...almost not fender gap at all in the front.1997 Camaro
17x9 Chrome SS wheels, SLP CAI, Magnaflow Catback,
High Flow Cat, Blacked out Lights, 20% tint, AUDIO: 1600W Kenwood eXcelon Amp, 12\" Kicker L7, 1 Farad Cap (Recently STOLEN),
H&R Springs and KYB AGX\'s,
Billet Grille
