I bought some energy suspension polyurethane ones for the front and back. I never really thought about how tight they should be. I've talked with a few ppl who say crank them as far as they can go, and a few others who say there is a torque spec, but they don't know what it would be. They do have a Nylock nut on them which makes me think they shouldn't be cranked all the way down. Also, should they be tightened with the car on the ground at ride height with all the weight on the suspension, or is it okay to jack up the car and tighten them with the lower a-arm extended. Help?

I have always been under the impression that all suspension components should be a little more than finger tight until you put the car on level ground then you tighten to torque specs.. this should prevent bind..
