• Which Rims/Tires Would Fit?

I have a 1995 Camaro 3.4L (see sig) and I'm looking to but new rims and tires for it. I was looking at some Eagle Type 077 wheels. Now this wheel has a bolt pattern of 5x4.5 and 5x4.75.

Which one will fit/would be better for my car? They are 18x8 wheels, have an offset of +38mm and a BSM (what is that?) of 5 15/16.

And also, new wheels mean new tires. What is the widest tire an 18x8 wheel accept? Will it accept 245/40/18?

    Thanks a lot guys...

That size will be perfect for 18-8" rim. I have 18-8.5" and I'm using 255s.

i have the 18" type 077 rims and have 235/40-18 tires, which i think look/handle very well. here is a list of most (if not all) of the tire sizes that will fit 18x8's. (did a little research when i was looking for myself )

Yea the 215s are cutting it real close! They put those on my rims when I bought the tire/wheel pkg. One good pot hole and that tire is history.
