I'm pretty sure those are third gen wheels. If so, you'll need some spacer to make them look good. The bolt pattern is the same, but the backspacing is different

To move the wheels out so they arnt tucked into the wheel wells.

NO those are Ford wheels! They have to be 5x4.75 lug diameter. Please do some research on the web before you buy wheels. On ebay, they will tell you if they fit newer fbodies. You are better off with OEM-type wheels that are replicas of Vette wheels or SS wheels that way they will be correct.
