I want to do an upgrade of fronts,no one seems to want to sell a set off a 98+ thats decent and for a good price so heres my plan.
cut a bracket from plate steel similar to the Baer kit.
Use 13inch rotors from Vette,calipers from C-5 or LS-1 F body.
Baskets from LS-1.
Has anyone done this to guide me?
going to 17s
stock wheels will clear C-5 calipers if you use the 12 rotors and
F body baskets
Im even thinking some have done F body calipers and 13 inch rotors
on 16s with a little grinding of caliper cooling fins but I may be wrong.
going to 17s would solve that anyway.
