I stil pop up every now & then, married life has most of my time now ( not a such a bad thing, as Tammy want s to help fix up the garage & the Formy)

All my buddies went to Rolla in college. How the guy/gal ratio doing out there these days? Wasn't too good back in the day.

Only reason we ever get out to rolla any more is to play some paintball at my buddy's farm.

It still isn't very good but I'm having fun nonetheless. I think 7 guys to 3 girls. I don't really care though because I have a girl back at home.

Is it just me or have most of us had our cars for quite a few years, spent a lot of money modding them and what not.

Now we got older, kinda tired of it but just keep the cars for the hell of it ?

That's not really me. My car is mostly stock and continues to be my only car, same as it has been for the past ten years.

Pretty much sums it up. Not sure how much longer I'll have it though as the 'just for the hell of it' reason is getting worn out.

I'm borderline "old crew" I guess... completely old school compared to 90% of the people that post.


I got bored of my car a few years ago... wanted something a bit more serious I guess. Couldn't bring myself to sell it, until a few months ago. I bought myself a Volvo back in January, so I've been enjoying that.

it has. ive been working on it for about a year and a half to get it running again... lower intake gaskets, head gaskets, me dropping stuff in the motor, and more fun... The sense of urgency to work on it wasnt there cause it was becoming such a pain, and i have another car to drive so the motivation was low... but i was thrilled when i heard it turn over and run again!
