yeah i debating on parting or selling my car but i needed the extra cash to make up for my car then!! honestly i looked and looked hard for about a week!! IF you like 97's and are even happy with a decnt mileage 96 man i say sell or part yours out and buy a different one!! you CAN consider a v8 97- with that amount of money!! i didnt care wether i got a v6 or v8 but i wanted a 98+ so i got a v6 and once again very glad i did it!! i know it will come down to what you want to do!! but i was in THE SAME BOAT as you were, and i went over every option multiple times!!! and i had big plans if i rebuilt my car!! but i decided on getting a new one and moving on!!! i STILL bought another fbody, they are not that hard to find you just have to look!! and it was stuck in my head fbody or a gtp(2 door) and well i got me one!! and the retail value is over 8k!!! hehe i bought my camaro for 4500, i got 6.2k back i paid 6k for this one and knowing that if anything happens i will get more again!!! hehe on my way to a v8 lol!!!! just know that if you rebuild your car and something happens to it again how much will you get compared to if you get another car how much will you get!!! i went over ALL these options!!! and honestly i was changing my mind everday!! and my final decision i think was a great one!!!

did I miss somthing..? 6100 for that? hood, fender, bumper, rear quarter, paint rear bumper.... On a car that is worth 5000?
I took my car to a good shop and needed a new rear bumper, quarter panel pulled straight, new fender and paint on front bumper... blended the hood, door, hatch, all for like $1200...Comment
