here they go again with the "v6 fbodies are slow" crap they pulled a couple days ago. I just sat there in their kill forum and went down the list and laughed my @$$ off at the types of cars they claim to be "killing". VR6's, Mustang GT's, SVT cobra, etc...LMFAO, maybe this should be the "joke of the day"
Whatever.
"93-96 camaro v6"
Guess those 96s and 97s look 2 different cars.
Like in the other thread, where that sappy guy said "You had an open diff, so what, you raced with no fluid?"
Bunch of morons who don't know the first thing about cars, so how can you take their opinion on what is "fast"?
Leave them alone in their dream world... let them think they can smoke V6 f-bodies... They bash the 3.4 most on that site and I am not scared of a single one of them, I'll blow their doors off, you guys shouldn't worry either.

the guy said he ran a best of 15.18 @ 89 at jax raceway. being that i live in jax and go to there i know that it is a freaking 1/8 mile drag strip!!! a kid on a 60cc dirt bike ran 12's there!!! what a dumbass
I understand that v6's are at the bottom rank of the f-bodies, I can deal with that, but I love it when they talk about their cavaliers being "Real Cars" compared to our POS's. Wouldnt you think that if they were "real cars" they wouldnt be at the bottom of GM's ENTIRE lineup? I guess GM hasnt figured that one out yet. lol.

I didn't read their posts yet, but I can say that my Cavalier felt faster than my Camaro (when the Camaro was stock). It's smaller, lighter, and one hell of a car! Also, ran 15.6 with the tires spinning in the front...I said it before and I'll say it again....if I didn't have the Camaro, I would have modified the Cav. Lot's of potential there. It's a miniature version of the Camaro.
I dont know what super-duper cavalier youre driving but the Sunfire I rented was a turd. Even when I took all the exhaust off and pulled the intake off it was still a turd.
They don't fly very well either, but thats a long story. :(

I have a friend with a newer Cavalier and a newer Sunfire, and I can say that they would probably (the Cavalier for sure) give me a run for my money.
My friend Abbey is one hell of a clutch driver, and I would say the only reason either of those cars would even stand a chance against us is because of their weight and size.
