You know you do have the right to ignore them. It'll show them that you're a mature person.

What's bad is that Camaros, Firebirds, and Mustangs, and LT1 vettes are getting cheaper and "KIDS" are buying them. I visited my sister's high school the other day and I saw kids are driving these cars. One of them had a TT Supra. When school is out, it's like Fast 'n Furious in the street.

Street racing is way too dangerous. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I caused an accident, hurt someone, or damage my beautiful car.

It's gotten so bad in my place that cops are pounding cars. And depending on the number of violations you had on street racing, they will keep the car definately and destroy it. The first car they made an example of was an Iroc Z.

I'm not talking about street racing, I'm talkin about our local 1/8 mile track. Thats were most guys settle grudges, the $hit talking is at the car shows.

i came from the V6 world. I could care less what you drive or how you mod it. Its your car, but i'll give anyone **** if their car isn't modded tastefully. Are there V6s that would beat my car? Yes. Are there hundreds of thousands of v8s that would beat my car? Hell yes. My point? The V6 bunch is a small group, and the amount of cars within that V6 group that can beat V8s is only a small percent.
Is it not the same when you guys say "Is your big v8 scared of my wittle v6?" Is that not 'bulleying'? You pick on them because your car is faster, yet you get pissed when they do the same?

I only say that in defense, I dont start anything with anyone, not even ricers. But if someeone is bashing my car and being a d1ck about it, I'll call'em out and ask to me me at MAM (Mid America Motorplex, half track). I never said I get pissed about being bullyed, though I think its funny. :)

I dont want to give the impression that I seek out v8's and open my mouth pickin fights. I give respect to them (Mustangs included) and most of the time they will be faster then me. But if its a stock LT1 or GT and a hot headed jerk runs his mouth, I politely ask if they wanna race, so far...no takers. No need to get defensive bro :D

well i dont really care when people do that 2 me cuz it shows that they cant pick on sombody there own size its kinda lame 2 me that a v8 gt has to pick on a stock v6...some moron in a ford f150 was tailgating me in the rain! acting stupid behind me i was more afraid of him wreckin me from the back then him beating me or anything else...but anyway it dont really bother me when some v8 car does that to me but it can wear on a persons nerve...im sure u guys can understand that?

word...it sounds like there's so many whiners here that have something to prove to a V8 fbody, get over it. Your car is what it is, who cares what other people think of it. If you want to mod your V6 to keep up with a stock LS1 go for it. I don't know too many LS1 owners who are serious about racing and have a completely stock car though. Of course as a V8 owner I am just saying this because I'm compensating for something.

anyways.. i dont think owning a v8 has anything to do with wang compensation, thats for the exotic fellas and their v12s.

LOL. Okay, I didnt intend to hurt any feelings or hit any nerves for what I said. For you guys who drive v8's on here, It was not directed to any of you. I have no animosity towards you just cuz you have a v8.

It was directed at cocky guys who have made fun of my car so I made them feel like an @ss for doing so. Sorry if it offended you in any way, it wasnt supposed to. :)

i got sh!t from some girl at the local advance auto parts here. i walk in, she asked if the camaro was mine, and told me she really liked the color. then she told me she has a burgundy one, i asked if it was a v6 or v8... she just laughed. we got talking, she told me her tranny isnt in the car right now, and asked if mine is a manual... i said no, and she felt the need to make fun of me for having an auto v6.
