      I just installed new brake pads. thats all i did

        no he said he just got new brake pads. his front rotors need to be resurfaced because they are worn down from the old brake pads.

          but he souldnt have a shudder will not applying the brakes if it was worn or warped rotors.

              1) tire/wheel out of balance or out of round. have em balanced ON the vehicle
              2) worn or damage wheel bearings
              3) shocks and/or suspension components worn/damaged Check for worn bushings in the upper and lower links
              4) wheel lug nuts loose
              5) incorrect tire pressures
              6) excessively worn/damaged tires
              7) loosely mounted steering gear housing
              8) steering gear improperly adjusted
              9) loose, worn or damaged steering components
              10) worn balljoint

              does that help??
