  • Anyone running with dual stealthboxes?

I'm looking for anyone who is using or has used dual stealthboxes. Did the setup sound good or were there too many noise cancellation issues with the two drivers firing directly at eachother? I'm looking at a pair of Elemental Designs 11Kv.2's to replace my 12" Adire Brahma that got jacked a couple weeks ago. Thanks.

The drivers are far to far apart to have cancellation issues like you are speaking of. I have heard several of these setups in F-bodies and they slam pretty damn good.

I am currently using the dual stealth box design in a different vehicle. Pounds.

What I think someone should do, is instead of them firing at each other, someone should fiberglass them to aim forward a tad and upwards :)

my next mod is a custom fiberglass box for a 12 and to find a way to rig an amp into my stock HU.

FBkid, Hi/Low convertor to the rear speakers and run the rcas to the converter, then run all your other wires as you regularly would. For a turn on lead, run the line to the radio fuse in the I/P, or you can run it to the yellow wire at pin 9 at the radio harness.

On the firebird, use the pink wire in the stock radio harness for your remote turn on. It's the power antenna.

Thanks. I'll probably roll with that setup then.

I'm considering doing this too. Will it kill off my stock speakers? or can I run this amp in addition to what I already got going on?
