    well I didn't run 13.8s tonight like I had hoped.


    I did however run a 13.7.


    First couple of runs consisted of lots of knock retard and after we got the tune figured out, I ran my first 13. (crappy launch, 25psi)

    R/T .557

    330 5.803
    1/8 8.951
    MPH 77.80
    990 11.592
    1/4 13.953
    MPH 99.12

    added some more timing, dropped rears to 23psi and got a decent launch considering the poor track prep.

    reminder: all mods listed in sig, stock motor, stock heads, stock cam, stock intake, valve covers have never been removed.

            Damn, congrats man. You must have some good tuning in that PCM to be trapping at 99. [img]graemlins/rock.gif[/img]

                  i guess i should take a bow [img]smile.gif[/img] I dont think their is much more as it stands though, BUT he didnt pick up anything in the 60's...everything he gained was after the 60's even with the tubular kmemeber which definitly suprised me. Theres a hptuners 2step issue im not sure if we can get rid of...it wouldnt let him launch over 4500 rpms no matter how high we raised the limiter :( so its still high 1.8, low 1.9 60's on the BFG's

                        YOu know your race weight for those runs? hehe and your hitting the rev limiter when you stall up for launch? LOL [img]graemlins/rofl.gif[/img] and friends of mine thought i launched pretty damn high at 3500-3700ish. THen again I am still on street tires.

                          well in hptuners with m5 cars you can set up the p/n rev limiter as a 2step because the computer considers you in p/n even when in gear but on the clutch...so we set that to 4500 and he just launches right off of it...works great for consistency...Im pretty sure atco didnt have the scales on(rarely do) but figure pretty lite ~3300 with craig in it give or take.

I am only hitting 28-29 and plan on bumping it up to a max of around 35 depending on knock. I think that along with a better launch, I can get down to a 14.1 @ 95. Then the turbo setup goes on... :D
